   Yes. This is EXACTLY the sort of thing that was the state of the art in 1981 third-party supplements. Grimstooth’s Traps, the Arduin Grimoire, anything by Judges Guild …

   Damnation, I do NOT want to be nostalgic for this kind of thing!

   Nevertheless, I now have the overwhelming desire to pick up City-State of the Invincible Overlord from Drive-Thru RPG.
